How we use your data

Once this contract has been executed and the purchase price has been paid in full, your data are locked so they cannot be used further and are later deleted after the required retention periods according to the applicable regulations under tax and commercial law have elapsed.

We use your name and mailing address in order to inform you of interesting offers by letter post. You may choose to object to the use, processing, and dissemination of your data for marketing purposes at any time. In order to do so, please contact pr@xsite.de or send your request to us by mail or fax. Should you choose to exercise this option, you will no longer receive newsletters, catalogues or offers from us.

Security

Your personal data is transmitted over the internet using 128 bit SSL v3, RC4, RSA with a 1024 bit key size, issued by the Thawte Server Certification Authority. We have implemented technical and organisational measures to protect our website and other systems against the loss, destruction, access, modification, or dissemination of your data by unauthorised persons. However, complete protection against all possible risks is not possible in spite of regular verification.

You have the right to receive information about your stored data at not charge to you, and the right to have your data corrected, locked, or deleted.
